Title : Revisiting the DREAM5 challenge on gene network inference in genomic genetics: a 10+ year retrospective

Abstract:

Our team participated in the DREAM5 challenge on gene network inference in genomic genetics. The aim was to reconstruct known regulatory relationships from marker and gene expression data. I will return to this challenge, presenting the methods we used, and the overall and detailed results obtained. I'll also spend some time discussing data integration, general strategies and (what I think are) limitations of current approaches.
