Doctorate registration - ADUM

This is a paperless registration system.

INFO: Once you have entered your supporting documents in ADUM, your file will be automatically sent to your thesis director, then to your unit director and finally to the Doctoral School for validation.

There's no point in registering on ADUM unless you've included - funding, - thesis director and - host laboratory. Any incomplete registration will be deleted.

It will then be transferred to the Registrar's Office to finalize your administrative registration.

• For students who have already enrolled: PLEASE WAIT a few days before paying the enrolment fee DIRECTLY into your ENT student account, and then make an appointment to collect your school certificate and update your student card.
• For new students who do not have an ENT account: please contact the Registrar's Office directly (see bottom of page)

The specialty you choose will be the one indicated on your diploma.

As soon as you have registered with ADUM, you will be able to :

• Take advantage of career services (job offers, CV publication, etc.),
• Display or not your profile on the Internet ("Personal account" > "Display configuration"),
• Participate in the development of the network of students and alumni of your doctoral school,
• Receive e-mail notification of all events organized for you,
• Register for training modules organized by doctoral schools,
• Find out about upcoming thesis defenses.

Foreign doctoral students, WITHOUT ECTS credits

• Your country is not a member of the Convention on the Recognition of Qualifications concerning Higher Education in the European Region.
• Your diploma does not carry ECTS credits

Your thesis entry diploma must be approved by the University's Research Commission BEFORE you register administratively.
